Edvard Munch - the sun

The sun is the central image of a cycle of eleven murals that were created for the University of Oslo in 1911 and pick up a patrol technology that Munch had already developed in other paintings. A light explosion, very different from the darkness of "the scream": the color gives up a variety of different shades that are reflected in the water of a Norwegian fjord in such an innovative style that it is reminiscent of abstract art.
