Max Liebermann - two riders on the beach

Liebermann painted dozens of variations of the motif "Rider on the beach", and his paths often crossed and sold with those of the art dealer Hildebrand Gurlitt, Liebermann's pictures during the twelve years of the Third Reich with different legality.
