Vincent van Gogh - self -portrait as a painter

Van Gogh's dozens of self -portraits were an important part of his picturesque work. Most likely van Gogh's self -portraits represent the face as it appeared in the mirror, which he used to play his face, i.e. h. His right side on the painting is actually the left side of his face. This self -portrait was created between 1887 and 1888.
